Once you land on a design, plans and material specifications are sent to their pricing department to generate a 30-day guaranteed price, taking the guess work & price fluctuations out of the home building process.  From there, their automated factories provide you with custom built precision panelized walls, roof, and floor components, all according to your plans.  Packages may be customized from framing to finishes, allowing your vision to come to life.
